Hovering fish

While exploring the wild beaches of Dustwallow March, I came across a new species of fish. These kinds like to hover several inches above the water. Note they don't have wings so it's my belief they harness some latent telekinetic ability to lift themselves out of their watery prison.

Either that or it's just buggy code in a game.

Volchan the Giant

Stormwind City was paid a special visit by an elite giant named Volchan. Some brave and clever Horde managed to drag it all the way from its home in the Burning Steppes to Stormwind City.

Here are some shots I took of the event.

Here is where it finally met its end at the hands of the city guard.

Amazing.

First screen shot

Here's one of the first screen shots I took in the World of Warcraft game.

Note my defense skill increased before I died. I'm glad something positive came from the mauling I received by that horde.

More pictures to follow.

As blogger.com doesn't allow the hosting of images, I have decided to use Image Shack to put the screen shots on the web.

Disturbing revelations

So it turns out that blogs will not host files which defeats the entire purpose of this blog. I'm going to have to find a free source to host the screen shots.

But aside from that this blogging thing is pretty neat.

First post!

Explanation: "Wise Traveller" was a nickname given to me when I first started high school in Kelowna. I used to wear a t-shirt that had the words wise traveller on it and a funky drawing of a guy with a walking stick. After helping out the other students with their math work they came to call me the wise traveller, or just wise.

The main purpose of this blog, for now at least, is to post shots I've taken from a game called World of Warcraft.
